Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Experience to go head-to-head with the largest firms — on a cost-effective, value-filled basis.

Quick answer

WWMR handles civil and commercial litigation across Southwest Florida — business disputes, construction litigation, condominium/HOA and golf & marina club disputes, complex land use, hurricane and insurance claims, personal injury, securities, and trust & estate litigation. The firm also provides mediation and arbitration services.

Our litigation department combines vast experience with innovative, out-of-the-box strategies to generate successful conclusions to lawsuits and other actions. Whether it's a complex business dispute, an arbitration, or an administrative proceeding, we have the background and skills to go head-to-head with the largest law firms on a cost-effective basis.

Our litigation partners, Gregory Woods and Casey Weidenmiller, formerly practiced in national law firms but believe in smaller-team, hands-on representation. We pride ourselves on actively listening to our clients and then devising a strategy to achieve each client's specific goal.
