Our History

Dedicated to high-end legal service in Southwest Florida — ever since.

In December of 2010, Naples native Casey Weidenmiller joined forces with local real estate attorney Michael Michetti to form Weidenmiller & Michetti. The firm combined the natural synergies of Casey's litigation experience with Michael's knowledge in residential and commercial real estate to deliver quality representation across their clients' business, real estate, and related needs.

In early 2011, Gregory Woods joined the firm, bringing extensive trial and appellate experience in complex matters. In January 2014, the firm added Joshua Rudnick as a partner — becoming Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti & Rudnick. Most recently, in 2026, the firm merged its real estate department with Salvatori Law, welcoming Leo J. Salvatori.
