Michael is the founder of the firm's real estate department and serves as managing partner of the firm's marketing department. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Michael earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Florida.
Michael's practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate law, real estate closings, commercial lending, corporate formation and representation, and title insurance services. He is active with the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) and the Bonita Springs-Estero Realtors (BSER), serving as General Counsel for the latter, and is the founder of the firm's Annual Realtor Assembly — an educational seminar attended by hundreds of Realtors each year.
